We don't reserve blocks of rooms, but most alumni stay at one of the following hotels.

- I’m not celebrating a reunion. Is alumni weekend really for me? Hide
Yes! No matter when you attended or when you were a student, all Solebury alumni are invited to Alumni Weekend.
Even if you never graduated—anyone who has earned credits toward a degree is eligible for alumna/us status.
- How do I register? Hide
Alumni receive a registration packet in the mail in early March. The packet contains registration forms and information about the schedule of events. If you have misplaced your registration information, contact the Alumni Office at 215-862-5261. Alumni can register online beginning in mid-March.
- What do I wear to alumni weekend? Hide
Casual is the way to go. For the reunion celebration dinner on Friday evening and dinner action Saturday night, most men wear a jacket but not a tie; most women wear a nice pant suit. Most importantly, wear comfortable shoes
- How do I get a list of classmates or friends that are attending? Hide
Simple - check the website often for updates or call the alumni office at 215-862-5261 and ask to speak to Renee, or email her at renee@solebury.org
- What about inclement weather? Hide
Spring weather can be unpredictable. Plan to pack a raincoat, umbrella, sweater, and sun hat. As you will most likely be on your feet most of the weekend, plan to wear comfortable shoes.
- Do I Need to Register in Advance? Hide
You are strongly encouraged to register in advance. There is limited seating at the reunion/celebration Friday night dinner and the dinner auction sells out every year.
- Can I come if I didn't pre-register? Hide
Yes, although alumni are strongly encouraged to register in advance.
- Should I bring my spouse or significant other? Hide
Certainly.
- Where should I park? Hide
There is plenty of parking on campus and near the new John D. Brown athletic facility.
- Can I bring my children? Is babysitting available? Hide
Yes to both! Please feel free to bring your children. The alumni memorial gym will be open for activities. If you want to arrange baby sitting services, please contact us as soon as possible at 215-862-5261.
- Are there facilities for people with disabilities? Hide

From New York:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Rt. 78 West, to Rt. 287 South, to Rt. 202 South (at Somerville). Stay on 202, cross the Delaware River Toll Bridge, and take the New Hope Exit. Turn left onto Rt. 32 North towards Easton. Take the second left onto Phillips Mill Rd. Solebury School entrance is 1.4 miles on the left.
From Philadelphia:
Take I-95 North to Exit 51, (New Hope). Turn left at stop sign. Continue straight and follow signs to Rt. 32 North, and turn left towards New Hope. Stay on 32 through New Hope, pass under the 202 overpass. Take second left onto Phillips Mill Road. Solebury School entrance is 1.4 miles on the left.
From North East Extension of the PA Turnpike:
Take the Quakertown Exit, follow Rt. 313 East to Rt. 202 North in Doylestown. Follow 202 North to New Hope Exit onto Rt. 32 North. Pass under the 202 overpass and take the second left onto Phillips Mill Rd. Solebury School entrance is 1.4 miles on the left.
From PA Turnpike & West:
Take PA Turnpike East to Exit 343 -(Old Exit 27) -Willow Grove. Follow Rt. 611 North to Rt. 202 North. Follow 202 North towards New Hope. Take the last exit before the toll bridge to New Jersey and turn left onto Rt. 32 North. Pass under the 202 overpass and take the second left onto Phillips Mill Rd. Solebury School entrance is 1.4 miles on the left. If you come into the town of New Hope on Rt. 179 by mistake, turn left at the light onto Rt. 32 North, and follow directions to Phillips Mill Rd above.
