About Anders Simpson-Wolf '09

Anders was born in Doylestown, PA, in 1990. He went to high school at Solebury School, where he received the Founders Award in Social Sciences and acted as one of the 2009 graduation student speakers. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics in 2013 from Tufts University, winning the Harry Poole Burden Prize in Electrical Engineering for work done on his senior design project on autonomous drones and the Lt. Commander RJ. Manning Memorial Prize for his “commitment to excellence” in engineering. In 2015, he earned his M.S. in Electrical Engineering, also from Tufts University, focusing his efforts on exploring Differential Privacy, a statistical means of anonymizing aggregated personal data. He is currently working as a technical analyst at Cogo Labs, a Big Data company located in Cambridge, MA.
