Forms to Complete by August 1, 2016
following registration forms were mailed out in May, along with this letter from the Dean of Students (PDF), but you can print them here in case you need another copy:
Starting July 5th, we will post additional registration "Summer Forms" in the Parent Portal. Families will be notified via email/broadcast when they're available. You will need to log into the Parent Portal to read these forms and complete them with an electronic
signature. One of them is our Sports and Activities Sign-Up Form. To help with this particular form, please read this letter with instructions (PDF) from Athletic Director Rob Eichem, as well as the Sports and Activities Descriptions (PDF).

How to Log Into the Parent Portal
If you are a returning family, please log in here as usual.
If you are a new family, please go to the login page and click "Retrieve Password." Enter your current email address (the one you provided Solebury School) and you will be emailed a password. Once you've received your password, return to login page and log in using your current email address and that password. Once in, you’ll be prompted to create a new password of your choice.
In the top left of the Parent Portal page, you'll see "Summer Forms." That's where you can complete several digital forms (see above) that are required in order for your child to start school.
Family Access (FAM), also in the top left module, is important to know. It’s where your child’s grades will be logged each trimester and where you can read interim comments from teachers. FAM is also where you can update your contact information (address, phone number, etc.).

Orientation and Registration: Tues, September 6 and Wed, September 7

Each group – domestic and international – has been assigned a registration day, listed in the schedules above. Please note: Parents must be present on campus for the schedule day of events.
During orientation and registration, you and your child will…
- Review registration forms to ensure we have everything we need
- Collect school books
- Have a school email address assigned
- Get a class schedule
- Get an ID photo taken
- Hang out with classmates
New students and parents will also…
- Meet your student’s advisor
- Meet with a school administrator to review school policies
