Spring Dinner Auction
The Solebury Dinner Auction is the Home & School Association’s main fundraiser for the year. Together we create a fun theme, organize a Silent and Live Auction and plan a wonderful dinner in our Athletic Center. Auction planning begins in the fall and is worked on throughout the year. There are many ways to get involved some include the following committees: Decorating, Acquisitions and Mailings.
Our auctions raise over $100,000 and the money benefits the entire school community. Last year’s Paddle Call (Special Appeal) which benefited for Solebury Sports and Activities raised over $40,000.
If you are interested in more information about how to get involved please contact Auction Coordinator, Holly Victor or Auction Chairpersons, Lilian Muff, Catherine Rousselle, or Chuck Fitton.
We hope to hear from you!

The Booster Club is dedicated to the continued support of our student athletes, coaching staff, trainers, and athletic programs.
Our Mission
The mission of the Solebury School Booster Club is to:

- Promote sportsmanship and provide supplementary financial support to allSoleburySchoolathletic teams
- Maintain our Spartan history and tradition of excellence, which exemplifies our student athletes, coaches, trainers and teams.
In addition, the Booster Club will work with administration, teachers, staff, parents, coaches and student athletes to identify areas of need within the athletic department. In this way we hope to assist in the continued development and support of Solebury Athletic Programs.
Fundraising
One of the critical functions of the Solebury School Booster Club will be fundraising. Some of the activities that we hope to initiate during the upcoming year include: a fall golf tournament and banquet, consistent operation of the athletic center concession stand, and pancake breakfasts.
Who can belong to the Booster Club?
The booster club is open to all interested parents, teachers, coaches and staff. Please help us by becoming a representative from your team. It is our hope to have representatives from all sports at Solebury School.

Friends of Solebury Visual Arts
In the Solebury Art Department, our very talented students spend hours creating many unique and beautiful works of art. The mission of the Friends of Solebury Visual Arts is to make these wonderful student pieces more visible throughout the campus. We will be assisting the Art Department with framing, canvas stretching, preparing art boards and exhibiting student artwork around campus. Please consider joining and helping out with art shows and other special events throughout the school year.

Beautification Team
Solebury School is especially known for its beautiful campus in charming Bucks County, Pennsylvania. In order to maintain the campus, the Home & School Association has offered to assist the school’s maintenance department by helping with gardening and some light improvements like painting.
We annually plant fall mums and spring bulbs, assist in fall & spring cleanup, decorate for Open Houses and beautify the campus for Graduation. Some of the special projects we have completed are: the lovely stone half wall in front of the Dining Hall, the stone pathway and planting bed behind Administration Building including patio and furniture outside of Head of School’s office, refurbished the Theater dressing rooms and painted and landscaped outside of the Girl’s Dorm.
If you enjoy outside work and want to get involved in maintaining our beautiful campus please contact Beautification Team Coordinator, Chuck Fitton
Helping Hands Team
The Helping Hands Team offers assistance to Solebury families when special needs arise, such as illness or family emergencies. Once the coordinators become aware of an emergency situation they will rally a group of parent volunteers that will offer their help in any way they can, such as providing meals, or rides for the student.
Since families in emergency situations don’t always have the time to seek help, anyone in the Solebury community is welcome to contact our Parent Relations Coordinator, Holly Victor, if they know of a family who could use a Helping Hand.SoleburySchool is a great community of students, faculty, administrators and parents, and knowing that a Helping Hand is available in a time of need can be reassuring and comforting. We also understand that families may want their privacy in these situations, so our work will be discreet and confidential.
If you become aware of a family in need of help or having an emergency please contact our Parent Relations Coordinator, Holly Victor.
If you would like to join our roster of volunteers please contact our Helping Hands Coordinator, Lori Jablonowski.
