Whether you're an omnivore, a meat and potatoes kind of person, a vegetarian, or a vegan, you won't just find plenty to eat, but you'll find food you love. Our three chefs, Carmen, Joe, and Pablo, will quickly become three of your favorite people on campus.
Each weekday at breakfast and on weekends for brunch, there are eggs made to order, pancakes or french toast, hot and cold cereal, and an assortment of breakfast side dishes. At lunch, there’s a full salad and deli bar with a variety of homemade salads and sides, such as chicken salad, Asian noodle salad, or hummus, two homemade soups every day, and a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian entrees. For dinner, there is a range of choices highlighting cuisines from around the world (again both vegetarian and non-vegetarian). See below for a sample week’s dinner menu.
If there’s something you particularly love, just ask and the chefs will make it for you! Sit inside with your friends or with a teacher and his or her family, or if the weather is nice, take your food outside to the picnic tables. And don’t forget to compost when you bring your plate back. It will help our garden grow.
