Are you interested in making a difference in your world?

Teach2Serve, a one- or two-year program unique to Solebury School, aims to inspire, educate, and train high school students interested in using social innovation to address problems they identify in the world. In the first year of the program, students learn some of the history and philosophy of social engagement and philanthropy, choose a topic of focus, and conceive, plan, and implement a group project to address that problem. Students who choose to continue for a second year will apply the skills they learned in the first year to address a problem about which they are passionate.

We will soon begin assembling Teach2Serve cohort 9! If you would like to learn more about the Teach2Serve program, we encourage you to read about it on the Solebury website and attend one of the scheduled Teach2Serve information sessions:

Wednesday, April 18 during flex time - 1:55-2:40 in G-0
Thursday, April 19 during conference period -3:00-3:30 in G-0
Tuesday, April 23 during conference period - 3:00 - 3:30 in G-0

ALL STUDENTS WHO PLAN TO APPLY TO THE TEACH2SERVE PROGRAM MUST ATTEND ONE OF THESE SCHEDULED INFORMATION SESSIONS. Deadline for applications is Monday, May 14 at 3:30 PM. Please email both Diane Downs and Nicole Mount.
