Be Part of Our Summer Programs 2020 Fair

Sunday, January 26, 2020, 1:00-3:00pm
Promote Your Summer Program!

Solebury School is hosting its 4th annual Summer Programs Fair, aimed exclusively at middle and high school students. This event will be held in our modern, spacious Athletic Center at Solebury School, a co-ed boarding and day school in New Hope, PA, with approximately 235 students from around the globe.

  • Promote your program in an affluent area in close proximity to many large middle and high schools in Bucks County, Princeton, and the surrounding areas.
  • In Bucks County, academic excellence and cross-cultural exchanges are valued.
  • Participating programs must target primarily middle and high school students (6th-12th graders).
  • 100% of all registration fees go directly towards fair marketing and set up.

Last year, more than 30 summer programs were represented and over 200 people attended the fair.

Options for Participating

$250: Includes an 8-foot table (no tablecloth), a chair, and advertising for the fair.

$50: If you cannot attend the fair, send us your program brochures for distribution to every fair-goer!

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Solebury School will make every effort to host the fair on January 26th, however, we cannot predict unforeseen events (i.e. weather). The School will not be able to reschedule the fair. No refunds for registration or advertising fees will be given after December 14th, 2019.
