Thank you for visiting Solebury School's website. Parents and students will now be able to log on to the website, and have single sign on access to the Parent Portal, Family Access (FAM), and Online Registration (RWS). You will only need your website username (for students-Solebury email address, for parents and trustees-current email address.

Once logged in, we encourage you to check your personal and contact information in Family Access for accuracy and to provide updates as needed. You need to log in below.

Please Note: Solebury School does not share or sell its mailing lists or contact info of its constituents with any outside sources for the purpose of solicitation.

 

Retrieve Password

Instructions for Log in

  1. For Students Only: Students can log on to the website using their Solebury email address and the password that they have set up. If you have not set up a website account yet, you may use your Solebury email address as your username, and you will be able to have the website send you a temporary password via email by using the Retrieve Password function above. Just click Retrieve Password and enter your current email address and see if you can have the website send you a password. If you succeed, simply check your email to find the password and login using that email address and password. You will be prompted to create a new password that only you will know. If you cannot log in or retrieve your password, please contact Beverly Berkeley, Director of Communications at beverly@solebury.org.
  2. For Current Users: If you already have an account set up on the school website, (www.solebury.org), with your current email address and password, you are all set. You can log on to the website's Parent Portal and find the Family Access and Online Registration link buttons located on the left navigation. For example, if you click on the Family Access button, you will be directed automatically into Family Access with no further login necessary. The same will apply to Online Registration. Please note that if you and your spouse use the same email, there will only be one account for both of you. If you want a separate account, we will need a separate email address.
  3. First Time Users - To Retrieve Your Password: If you have not set up a website account yet, and we have your current email address on file, you may use your current email address as your username, and you will be able to have the website send you a temporary password via email by using the Retrieve Password function above. Just click Retrieve Password and enter your current email address and see if you can have the website send you a password. If you succeed, simply check your email to find the password and login using that email address and password. You will be prompted to create a new password that only you will know. If you cannot retrieve your password, please contact Beverly Berkeley, Director of Communications at beverly@solebury.org.
  4. For Alumni Only: If you have a current email address on file but don't have an account set up with a password, you can follow the instructions in Item 2 for First Time Users. If you would like to set up an account, please contact the Alumni Office at alumni@solebury.org or Beverly Berkeley at beverly@solebury.org. Include your preferred email address and a password and in the subject line write, "Request Web Username and Password." Once you're logged in, we encourage you to update your personal and contact information.
