Solebury School Auction Coming Spring 2027
Each year, the auction is planned and brought to life by the Home and School Association (HSA) with the help of parent volunteers. At a small school like Solebury, every set of hands and every idea, makes a meaningful difference.
Beyond creating an incredible event, volunteering for the auction is also one of the best ways to get to know other Solebury parents, connect more deeply with the school, and have some fun along the way.

Ways to participate
Spend a few minutes or a few hours, there’s a role with flexibility for you to volunteer.
Preplanning:
- Attend virtual meetings and participate
- Dream up the theme
- Plan the food and beverage menu
- Solicit donations and sponsors from local businesses and community members
- Data entry for donations
Auction:
- Assemble donation baskets
- Transform the Athletic Center with staging and decorations
- Help sell event and raffle tickets
- Event cleanup
Build Excitement—Tell everyone!
- Spread the word about the big night.
